If you feel the product you have received is not as exactly as the one listed on website CHEEZYN.PK then in that case CHEEZYN.PK has return policy valid till 24 hours after delivery for all the products.
You will be required to provide your tracking number, which is provided to you by CHEEZYN.PK team via E-mail or Phone. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Once we have heard from you, you can ship the order back to our warehouse address after which your product will be replaced/refunded. All products are checked for any manufacturing faults or damage before shipping. Refunding of a product is NOT applicable in the following condiotions:
1. The item has been modified, altered, repaired or serviced by any other company or person.
2. The item has been physically abused.
3. The item has been used in a manner inconsistent to the usage indicated in the manual.
4. The item has been utilized for any other purpose than that which it is was intended.
5. The item has been damaged during the shipment back to the company.
6. Customer changes its mind and doesnt wants the product anymore.
7. Customer have seconds thoughts and does not likes the product after recieving.
8. Customer wants to exchange the product with another one without any valid reason.
9. Refund or exchange will not be made if any of the items original packing are missing.
10. Items may only be refunded in the same condition as the original purchase.
11. No returns accepted for items exposed to extreme temperatures, water or improper handling.
12. Returns and exchanges must be in like new condition with original parts/packaging.
Please note that item must be in an unused condition and contain all the tags and packaging (if any). Certain products purchased on CHEEZYN.PK if returned for reasons other than being a defective product, would be subject to a restocking/handling fees which could be up to 50% deduction of purchase value on various products.
